What you will do

• Lead technical design and development of backend services in Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate across senior teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

• Advocate for software design best practices and operational excellence including testing, monitoring, and alerting.
• Research and recommend frameworks and architectural patterns.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years professional software development experience (6+ with Master's).
• Strong experience in Java, Kotlin, and cloud scalable distributed systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working in distributed teams.
• Good English proficiency (implied by job language).
