What you will do

• Design and oversee integration architecture aligned with product and client requirements.
• Lead and mentor a technical integration scrum team, coordinating with development, QA, DevOps, and clients.
• Drive process optimization and maintain governance across multiple systems and teams.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Ensure strategic alignment and documentation of integration decisions and agreements.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/French required.
• Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely from Canada.
• At least 8-10 years of experience leading technical projects with focus on system architecture and integration.
• Strong background in Java development, SQL, API/web services, cloud environments, and integration security.
• Experience leading agile scrum teams and excellent customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to customer sites in USA and Canada.
