What you will do

• Own the full production process of trailers and video assets from concept to final delivery.
• Capture and stage cinematic footage using real-time game engines.
• Collaborate with Art Director and Producer to define cinematic goals.
• Apply advanced editing techniques to master visual flow and emotional storytelling.
• Design and integrate sound and music for immersive experiences.
• Implement motion graphics and optimize video output for multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Wrocław, Poland
• 5+ years experience in video editing and cinematic production in gaming, film, or entertainment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and real-time engines like Unreal or Unity.
• Strong cinematography, lighting, and sound design skills.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating finished trailers or cinematic sequences.

Nice to have

• Experience in live-action filming and camera operation.
• Familiarity with animation workflows and cinematic sequencing tools.
• Knowledge of color grading and HDR pipelines.
• Understanding of narrative pacing for open-world or cinematic games.
