Salary: $111,000—$160,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead organic and paid Creator efforts across all hirify.global products.
• Develop documentation and implement strategic plans for the Creator community.
• Present strategic proposals and project outlines to leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align Creator campaigns with marketing goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for Creators.
• Engage and grow the Creator community through various initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Creator relationships.
• Knowledge of leading social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• BA/BS degree.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Passion for video games and community engagement.
