Project Manager (CloudOPS)

TL;DR

Project Manager (CloudOPS): Managing large-scale internal CloudOPS projects including infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and security improvements with an accent on project execution control, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Focus on defining project goals, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement within CloudOPS.

What you will do

• Define project goals, scope, roles, and responsibilities for project teams
• Request and negotiate resource availability and allocation
• Prepare detailed project plans with milestones and track budgets
• Manage project execution and provide regular status updates
• Identify and mitigate project risks and adjust plans as needed
• Support continuous process improvements and quarterly resource planning

Requirements

• English: upper-intermediate (B2) both spoken and written
• Fluent Russian language both spoken and written
• 3+ years experience in project management or operations/SRE team lead
• Basic understanding of networks, virtualization, containerization, cloud computing
• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and ability to prepare presentations and reports

Nice to have

• Hands-on infrastructure support experience (on-premise or cloud)
• Knowledge of PMI framework and certifications
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, and BI tools
• Experience building AI agentic workflows and basic programming for data analysis
