PHP/Symfony Developer (Backend Oriented Fullstack): Designing, developing, and maintaining a robust web application using modern PHP and the Symfony framework with an accent on building and maintaining RESTful APIs and optimizing for performance. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in Agile/Scrum processes.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal with a hybrid way of working (1 day per week in our offices)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications built using Symfony and PHP.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in PHP 8.x+ and Symfony 6.x+.
• Experience with Doctrine ORM and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Strong experience with Git and Docker.
• Good English communication skills.
