What you will do

  • Analyze requirements and convert them into designs and code for automotive embedded systems.
  • Develop BSP/POSIX and cockpit platform software for embedded targets.
  • Perform software module testing including unit and integration tests.
  • Debug and resolve customer-reported issues in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and overcome module obstacles.
  • Assist product owner and agile team in backlog management and user story estimation.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India
  • 12-18 years of experience in embedded software development with C++14 and POSIX (QNX/Linux) on ARM SoCs.
  • Strong knowledge of kernel development, device drivers, and Qualcomm/Samsung SoCs.
  • Experience with build configuration (Yocto), software testing, CI/CD (Jenkins), and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with software versioning and change management tools like Git, Gerrit, Jira, Polarion.
  • Graduate degree in Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automotive software standards (ASPICE).
  • Knowledge of error handling techniques and debugging tools.
