🚀 Timspark is looking for a Target testing consultant to join our international team.

🎯 Overview of responsibilities:

● Intake deliverables for all on-site CTAs (copy, keycodes, clickthrough URLs, graphics) and write requirements for developers to implement new or update existing units
● Set up tags needed for auto-import of metrics into DOMO (internal data warehouse) for each new 100% experience (new CTAs, updated CTAs, or any tests that move to 100%)
● Create keycodes for tracking click throughs
● Set up experiences for A/B testing, creating specific segments as needed for targeting groups defined by Marketing
● May use on-site behavioral targets, data points supplied by the CDH, tier-based targeting, device targeting, etc.
● Implement and maintain CTA logic based on article tag structure; involves regular QA
● Activate experiences on site manually or via auto-schedule; pause tests and push to 100% or coordinate productionalization where appropriate
● Some light project coordination to maintain scheduling and workflow
● Partner with Associate Director, Personalization & Product Marketing to track, review, and assist with prioritization of test proposal intake.
● Working with Associate Director will also include: communication about timing and level of effort for implementation, execution and validation of test & CTA set-up specifics, communication of key results as needed
● Partner with Senior Digital Analytics Specialist to collect specific integration points for tracking within tests, ensure verification of analytics is complete prior to launch

🎯 Senior person, knows Monetate well (multiple years of experience), has excellent communication, and also can have afternoon/evening calls since it's a US client.
