Location: Remote with common working hours GMT+8 (1 pm - 6 pm)

What you will do
- Identify and attract top talent for Digital & Product roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain and optimize ATS for smooth recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Conduct market research and suggest recruitment process improvements.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- 2+ years recruitment experience, preferably in digital, product, or technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify qualified candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in startups, fast-growing product companies, or international environments is a plus.
