What you will do

• Manage entire recruitment process for IT roles from needs assessment to contract signing.
• Advise hiring managers on staffing needs, role profiles, and market trends.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract IT professionals.
• Identify and proactively reach out to candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, XING, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process.
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent network and monitor job market trends.

Requirements

• Several years of recruitment experience with focus on IT positions (Software Development, DevOps, Data, IT Support).
• Proficiency in modern recruiting methods, active sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or comparable qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and structured, self-driven work style.
