TL;DR

Program - Project Manager: Managing day-to-day project operations and driving cross-functional efficiency with an accent on stakeholder management and reporting. Focus on executing transformational projects and adopting Agile frameworks across multiple teams.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

What you will do

  • Manage high-impact, multi-team strategic projects.
  • Build and track milestone plans.
  • Own stakeholder management and reporting.
  • Drive cross-functional efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as an internal Agile evangelist within the Enterprise team.
  • Collaborate with the Director on strategy and implementation of internal projects.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple agile teams.
  • Familiarity with hybrid waterfall/agile and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
  • Good working knowledge of Atlassian Suite products (Jira and Confluence).
  • PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with excellent time management.
