What you will do

• Oversee multiple CGI projects for the SaaS platform, ensuring smooth workflows from client onboarding to final delivery.
• Track the progress of numerous tasks within each project using standardized production workflows.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Align internal and external resources, facilitating seamless collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to team meetings to keep everyone aligned on project updates.
• Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans.

Requirements

• Background as a Project Manager, Asset Producer, or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or creative production.
• Experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in handling large amounts of information, particularly in Excel.
• Understanding of design and the creative process.
• Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools is a plus.
