What you will do
- Own and resolve complex, high-impact customer cases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end customer data models.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and documentation.
- Lead initiatives to enhance support processes and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS technical support or solutions consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
