What you will do

• Build and maintain UI Kit and reusable components
• Develop new client-facing features and applications using Vue.js and React
• Write clean, performant, and testable code
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation and optimize application performance
• Configure and fine-tune Webpack and other bundlers
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Frontend Development experience
• Strong foundation in Vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Redux, SCSS, and Webpack
• Attention to detail in UI design and implementation
• Experience with performance debugging and optimization
• English B1+ required, comfortable collaborating within a Russian-speaking team

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to design systems or UI Kits
• Familiarity with APM tools, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks
• Prior work in remote-first, distributed teams
• Passion for nonprofit tech or mission-driven platforms
