What you will do

• Facilitate and coordinate global employee Pulse surveys to monitor sentiments and experiences
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engagement initiatives with business goals
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI to identify patterns and provide forward-looking recommendations
• Conduct group-wide HR reporting to track key global metrics and trends
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security when handling sensitive information

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Oslo, Norway
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to coordinate global employee surveys and develop engagement strategies
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders in English and preferably Norwegian
• Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and security
