What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and incentives aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Voluum, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Manage affiliate payments, commission structures, and invoicing processes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure affiliate campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven record in affiliate recruitment, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of casino products and affiliate market trends in Tier-1 markets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Monday.com) and analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
