What you will do

• Develop and manage large social media campaigns to grow existing channels and create fresh content ideas
• Engage with new and emerging social media platforms
• Coordinate social media efforts with projects, events, and community management
• Collaborate with design team for multimedia content support
• Analyze and report social media project success using monitoring tools and KPIs
• Support and respond to social media community members and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with minimum 3 days in office in Hong Kong
• 3+ years experience in social media, marketing, or coordination
• Experience with social media management and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
• Knowledge of social media KPIs and platforms like X and TikTok
• Interest and knowledge in cryptocurrency and its community
• Excellent written communication and content writing skills
