TL;DR

Senior Ui/Ux Designer: Designing and shaping web and app user interfaces with an accent on creating thoughtful, beautiful, and holistic experiences. Focus on translating product metrics, user research, and data insights into meaningful design solutions using cutting-edge AI tools.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: 3000-5500 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Shape, maintain, and manage web and app design independently.
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and design velocity.
  • Translate product metrics, user research, and data into design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in feedback cycles.
  • Enjoy creative freedom and flexibility in daily work.

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color science, and design trends.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
