What you will do

• Advise clients on strategies to maximize value from hirify.global products across marketing, merchandising, customer service, and product development.
• Track trends and develop best practices across client portfolio.
• Manage client lifecycle and execute high-value activities using productivity tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Identify and influence client success metrics and ensure clients understand how to achieve them.
• Manage client health by mitigating risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Promote new feature adoption to improve client satisfaction and program outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Munich, Germany
• 3-5 years experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google suites; Gainsight experience is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating across multiple channels with diverse contacts.
