What you will do
- Organize documentation in Notion and other platforms for easy access and updates.
- Monitor and perform data entry in HRIS to maintain accurate employee data.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Support projects requiring data and system maintenance.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analytics with ability to interpret data effectively.
- Preferably experienced with HRIS platforms for employee data management.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar software.
- Relevant certifications or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
