What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions and support customers in cloud solution implementation.
• Organize and lead technical workshops and live demos to showcase product benefits.
• Develop customized cloud solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams on technical pitches and proposals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through technical expertise and innovative approaches.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English required for effective communication with customers and teams.
• Several years of experience in cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, or hybrid IT environments.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
• Willingness to work onsite for workshops and meetings, with flexibility for remote work.
