Systems Engineer (Azure)

TL;DR

Systems Engineer (Azure): Managing and securing the organization’s infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory environments with an accent on hybrid deployments and security compliance. Focus on implementing security measures, managing user access, and supporting both cloud and on-premise systems.

Location: Hybrid model – 2 days a week in the office in Wrocław

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Implement and configure Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Server in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Implement AD security best practices and monitor security incidents.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of AD and system management tasks.
• Work closely with IT teams and business units to support infrastructure and security projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Azure, Office 365, Exchange, and enterprise-level Active Directory environments.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, or similar) preferred.
