• Collaborate with key stakeholders to set product and technical vision.
• Provide coaching to your team and the broader engineering department.
• Manage end-to-end availability and performance of critical services.
• Encourage best practices in engineering design and usability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in the US and other global locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience or interest in crypto.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
