What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and engineering leadership to design and execute sourcing strategies for critical engineering roles.
• Identify and engage top candidates using diverse sourcing channels like GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialized forums.
• Build talent maps and maintain pipeline health with data-driven reporting.
• Craft compelling outreach reflecting company mission and culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and sourcing scalability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from the United States or Canada
• 3–5+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success identifying and engaging engineering talent.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup setting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools companies.
• Understanding of startup environments and competitors.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s tech stack (Go, Node, React, Kubernetes, Postgres).
