What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and engineering leadership to design and execute sourcing strategies for critical engineering roles.
- Identify and engage top candidates using diverse sourcing channels like GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialized forums.
- Build talent maps and maintain pipeline health with data-driven reporting.
- Craft compelling outreach reflecting company mission and culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
- Contribute to process improvements and sourcing scalability.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work remotely from the United States or Canada
- 3–5+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven success identifying and engaging engineering talent.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup setting.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools companies.
- Understanding of startup environments and competitors.
- Familiarity with ’s tech stack (Go, Node, React, Kubernetes, Postgres).
