What you will do

• Own strategy and execution of cross-functional programs supporting regulatory reporting and compliance data infrastructure.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Data Engineering, and Payments Engineering to build automation and tooling for regulatory workflows.
• Ensure reliability and traceability in reporting amid business logic or product changes.
• Drive readiness for new product launches with regulatory impacts.
• Build structured processes for managing regulator requests, audits, and examinations.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities using AI and internal tooling.
• Develop dashboards and observability tools to monitor reporting completeness and system health.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Technical Program Management experience in fintech, regtech, payments, or data-intensive environments.
• Understanding of U.S. financial and data regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate roadmaps into discrete technical projects and build scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the United States.

• Experience in hyper-growth startup environments.
