What you will do
- Own strategy and execution of cross-functional programs supporting regulatory reporting and compliance data infrastructure.
- Partner with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Data Engineering, and Payments Engineering to build automation and tooling for regulatory workflows.
- Ensure reliability and traceability in reporting amid business logic or product changes.
- Drive readiness for new product launches with regulatory impacts.
- Build structured processes for managing regulator requests, audits, and examinations.
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities using AI and internal tooling.
- Develop dashboards and observability tools to monitor reporting completeness and system health.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Technical Program Management experience in fintech, regtech, payments, or data-intensive environments.
- Understanding of U.S. financial and data regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate roadmaps into discrete technical projects and build scalable, reliable systems.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the United States.
