What you will do

• Lead the art vision for core game teams, defining how art will play in the game.
• Contribute to various art specialities, including UI, 3D, and animation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape game design and enhance player experience.
• Transform game design documents into playable mobile games while defining development pipelines.
• Iterate quickly to find optimal solutions for gameplay and player experience.
• Define workflows for the use of Gen-AI tools to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, concept art, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating artwork for games, animation, or entertainment IPs.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent painting tools.
• Demonstrated use of Gen-AI tools with clear artistic direction.
• High/Intermediate communication skills in English.
