Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work remotely from United States, Canada, or LATAM.
• 10-15 years of experience in digital product design with leadership in design projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with product analytics and data-informed design decisions.
• Strong skills in systems thinking, interaction design, and content-aware UX.
• Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and remote design workflows.

• Experience mentoring or leveling up other designers.
• Comfort with experimentation and iterative design processes.
