What you will do

• Identify, engage, and qualify academic institutions to promote hirify.global educational offerings.
• Tailor solutions to meet specific needs of institutions, including hirify.global IDEs and LMS integrations.
• Lead the engagement cycle from initial contact to contract closure, collaborating with legal and internal teams.
• Conduct presentations and assist educators with onboarding both online and on-site.
• Collaborate with resellers, ambassadors, and partners to scale outreach and adoption.
• Provide feedback from educators and students to improve strategy and product development.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Berlin, Limassol, Munich, Paphos, or Prague.
• 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in EdTech or software.
• Experience with academic systems, procurement, and long sales cycles.
• Established network or relationships with academic institutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to educators.
• Passion for technology and education, especially STEM fields.
