What you will do

• Develop and own the product strategy for the Fixed connectivity portfolio aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Define and deliver the product roadmap managing capex and opex investments.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management including innovation, launch, improvement, and retirement.
• Lead a virtual cross-functional team to support portfolio strategy and sales alignment.
• Own financial performance including revenue, margin, and customer adoption.
• Evangelise the portfolio internally and monitor market dynamics to maintain competitive edge.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management and product team leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of fixed connectivity products such as LAN, WLAN, Broadband, DIA, IPVN, Ethernet, Cloud Connect, and SDN.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Experience setting vision, product and commercial strategy aligned to market and internal capabilities.
• Ability to manage full product lifecycle and portfolio P&L.
• Capability to operate at business board level and lead cross-functional teams.
