What you will do
- Develop and own the product strategy for the Fixed connectivity portfolio aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Define and deliver the product roadmap managing capex and opex investments.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management including innovation, launch, improvement, and retirement.
- Lead a virtual cross-functional team to support portfolio strategy and sales alignment.
- Own financial performance including revenue, margin, and customer adoption.
- Evangelise the portfolio internally and monitor market dynamics to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product management and product team leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of fixed connectivity products such as LAN, WLAN, Broadband, DIA, IPVN, Ethernet, Cloud Connect, and SDN.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Experience setting vision, product and commercial strategy aligned to market and internal capabilities.
- Ability to manage full product lifecycle and portfolio P&L.
- Capability to operate at business board level and lead cross-functional teams.
