What you will do

• Develop and implement A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate hypotheses into technical solutions.
• Ensure experiments are quality-assured and compatible across browsers and devices.
• Maintain a library of reusable components to improve testing efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards for experiment results.
• Present test ideas and results to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in technical product analytics or CRO/experimentation.
• Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
