What you will do
- Discover, evaluate, and develop potential channel partners including consulting partners, system integrators, and resellers.
- Develop and execute partner territory plans to achieve new bookings, renewals, and new logos.
- Build strong relationships with key partner personnel and coordinate internal resources to support partner success.
- Engage in business reviews and joint planning to set mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Manage partner needs proactively and ensure compliance with channel policies and enablement programs.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years experience in channel and partner management in technology software B2B, preferably SaaS.
- Proven track record managing partners in the EMEA region.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Self-starter attitude with ability to work effectively in a team.
- English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting language).
