What you will do

  • Discover, evaluate, and develop potential channel partners including consulting partners, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Develop and execute partner territory plans to achieve new bookings, renewals, and new logos.
  • Build strong relationships with key partner personnel and coordinate internal resources to support partner success.
  • Engage in business reviews and joint planning to set mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Manage partner needs proactively and ensure compliance with channel policies and enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Must have 7+ years experience in channel and partner management in technology software B2B, preferably SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing partners in the EMEA region.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to work effectively in a team.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting language).
