What you will do

• Prevent and mitigate fraud by monitoring trends and designing proactive measures.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance fraud detection tools.
• Analyze fraud patterns and propose data-backed improvements.
• Conduct investigations into high-risk cases and recommend improvements.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates in fraud prevention.
• Contribute to broader Trust & Safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fraud prevention and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools and workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, or e-commerce.
