What you will do

• Take strategic ownership of high-impact initiatives, guiding clients and teams through complex technical challenges.
• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring alignment between Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and client-facing skills.
• Develop deep product knowledge and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and solution design.
• Lead creation of internal tools and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work full-time in Spain with no restrictions
• 6+ years of relevant experience with strong technical leadership and autonomy.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Python or NodeJS, and solid SQL skills.
• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable technical solutions and mentoring junior engineers.
• Passion for tech, media, marketing, advertising, and familiarity with AI tools for solution acceleration.
