What you will do

  • Own and scale North America's paid media strategy across major platforms including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and others.
  • Manage and optimize large budgets to maximize return on ad spend and pipeline generation.
  • Develop persona-specific strategies targeting Application Security and Security Operations buyers.
  • Architect and optimize campaigns with continuous experimentation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Analyze performance data and present insights to leadership to guide marketing investments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the USA with legal right to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven expertise in scaling B2B paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS markets with technical buyer personas.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
