Location: Gurgaon, India, Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

What you will do

  • Lead multiple complex, firm-wide programs from concept to completion aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks while adapting plans to emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive global implementations and change management across regions ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Aladdin platform to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build and mentor high-performing, inclusive teams fostering accountability and innovation.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Gurgaon, India with hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • 8-12 years of program/project management experience in financial services or related technology fields.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing large-scale global implementations or transformation programs.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Office.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
