Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain
Salary: 40,000 € - 80,000 €

What you will do
- Identify and engage new potential partners in the French market and manage the full sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with partners aligned in the HR space.
- Serve as the key contact for partners, conducting regular meetings and demos.
- Gather partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and improve the partnership channel.
- Upsell additional products and services based on client needs.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in French and English.
- 3-4 years experience in partnerships, sales, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong communication skills with a hunter mentality and proactive approach.
- Location: Must be onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience building business units or teams from scratch.
- Knowledge of HR software, payroll, or channel sales.
- Experience with full cycle B2B sales and SMB clients.
