What you will do

  • Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars
  • Drive design quality reviews and own standards for usability, accessibility, and design consistency
  • Mentor and grow the design team; provide thoughtful feedback and career guidance
  • Partner with PMs and Engineering to translate business goals into design roadmaps
  • Influence product vision through storytelling, data synthesis, and user empathy
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system ensuring cohesive experiences across devices

Requirements

  • Must be based in India
  • 7+ years of design experience with 2+ years in leadership or mentorship
  • Experience with AI-powered design tooling is mandatory
  • Strong fluency in design systems, accessibility, and scalable design patterns
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking and measurable product impact

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints
  • Passion for improving team operations, processes, and documentation
