What you will do
- Visit existing /VACON and competitor customers to map the installed base.
- Address customer issues and service queries by coordinating with different departments.
- Implement digitalization solutions to customers and build strong technical consultant relationships.
- Conduct customer engagement programs and complete drive audits for new and existing customers.
- Focus on competition-driven replacement sales demonstrating service competency.
- Increase share of wallet in the market and convert enquiries to sales maintaining high profitability.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in New Delhi, India
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or lifecycle services.
- Strong understanding of retrofit/replacement sales and customer lifecycle management.
- English: Proficient (B2) required
