What you will do

  • Visit existing hirify.global/VACON and competitor customers to map the installed base.
  • Address customer issues and service queries by coordinating with different departments.
  • Implement digitalization solutions to customers and build strong technical consultant relationships.
  • Conduct customer engagement programs and complete drive audits for new and existing customers.
  • Focus on competition-driven replacement sales demonstrating service competency.
  • Increase share of wallet in the market and convert enquiries to sales maintaining high profitability.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in New Delhi, India
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or lifecycle services.
  • Strong understanding of retrofit/replacement sales and customer lifecycle management.
  • English: Proficient (B2) required
