What you will do

  • Lead sales initiatives to drive targeted growth in the data center market by identifying and closing new opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders through value-based selling, needs analysis, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with customer service, engineering, pricing, and quality teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Use sales processes, CRM tools, and market insights to improve customer engagement and influence business decisions.
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to enhance market position.

Requirements

  • Must be located in India (Mumbai or Bangalore) and work on-site.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in data center market.
  • Ability to work independently from remote/home office while reporting to US-based supervisor.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically with occasional international travel.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
