Requirements
— 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development
— Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay)
— Experience of participation in salary surveys
— Strong skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets: formulas, pivots

Soft Skills
— Attentive to details in reports, formulas in files
— Flexibility, ability to adapt own experience to current business needs
— Orientation on high quality of tasks performance

Responsibilities
— Support in maintaining salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness
— Assist in developing salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation
— Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align C&B programs with company goals and employee needs
— Perform job evaluations, clarify responsibilities and roles within the company structure
— Research market salaries using open sources
— Administer and update grading files
