Location: Hybrid (Grodzisk Mazowiecki, PL / Nordborg, DK)

What you will do

Advise customers and internal teams on troubleshooting technical issues.
Guide on software and firmware updates for compatibility and integration.
Review customer application setups and recommend adjustments.
Provide recommendations on system design and product selection.
Conduct root cause analysis of technical issues and recommend solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical guidance and training materials.

Requirements

Educational background in Electronics, Computer Science, or Automation Engineering.
Proven experience in technical guidance and training in HVAC contexts.
Excellent knowledge of IEC61131 standard languages and PLC programming.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics and refrigeration cycles.
Experience with industrial communication protocols and IoT architectures.
Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, and Python.
