What you will do

• Define strategic and tactical objectives and KPIs for the LMS product.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer insights and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally to deliver product success.
• Act as the primary contact and ambassador for the LMS product internally and externally.
• Drive agile changes to user experience and ensure high usability and adoption.
• Identify training needs and manage content audits to maintain quality and relevance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Oragadam, India.
• 3+ years of relevant business and/or IT experience.
• Strong process and technology understanding with excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of end-to-end user experience and business/IT architecture.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools is a plus.
