TL;DR

What you will do

  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to explain technical capabilities and benefits of the platform.
  • Address and resolve customer queries on security, platform architecture, AI technology, and integrations.
  • Lead setup and configuration of customer accounts including SSO and authentication mechanisms.
  • Design tailored solutions and ensure smooth deployment of the platform for customers.
  • Identify and support upsell opportunities around features, integrations, and APIs.
  • Act as a technical advisor during sales, providing best practices and assessing feasibility.
  • Share customer insights with the product team to improve offerings.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Denver, United States
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles with ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with configuring SSO and authentication protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • English: B2 level or higher required
