What you will do

• Own architecture, design, and roadmap of risk and margin platform.
• Lead low-latency optimizations and resiliency initiatives.
• Guide integration with exchanges and liquidity venues at scale.
• Establish best practices for high-frequency trading system development.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture discussions for scalability.
• Drive cross-team projects impacting multiple trading desks.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in trading, fintech, or distributed systems.
• Strong skills in Go, C++, or Java and system design for trading systems.
• Experience with messaging, storage, and distributed computation frameworks.
• Ability to work remotely within the Americas region.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with equities, derivatives, or FX trading systems.
• Knowledge of cloud, containerization, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Open-source contributions in systems programming or infrastructure.
