What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers for 24/7 monitoring and operational excellence.
- Act as primary contact for incident, event, change, and problem management with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Coordinate handling of customer issues, service incidents, and requests ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform network monitoring, fault management, and incident logging with SLA adherence.
- Manage escalations and lead communication during critical incidents.
- Oversee onboarding of new customer devices and participate in technical projects.
Requirements
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field (studies in progress acceptable).
- 5+ years experience in technical support or NOC operations in telecom environments.
- Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks and protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Proven leadership skills managing teams and shift-based operations.
