Performance Marketing Manager (Fintech): Take full ownership of performance marketing for Norway, driving sales, optimizing pricing strategies, and executing local campaigns. Location: Onsite at new HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark

What you will do
- Own and drive growth and marketing budget for Norway market.
- Provide local market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Validate and optimize pricing strategies for Google Shopping.
- Develop and manage local performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Collaborate with channel experts, buying, merchandising, and category teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
- Native-level experience and knowledge of the Norwegian market.
- Experience in online marketing within agencies or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
