What you will do

• Architect and implement distributed backend services powering AI-driven applications.
• Build multi-step reasoning pipelines and domain-specific AI capabilities.
• Create robust APIs and integrations for AI agents to interact with external systems.
• Develop and validate proof-of-concepts before scaling to production.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems for AI features in production.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and AI engineers.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Tel Aviv, Israel
• 5+ years experience in backend development with Python, Java, Scala, C#, or Go.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn LLM frameworks and AI integration techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or autonomous planning.
• Interest in ML Ops and AI model deployment.
• Experience with data engineering for AI, including ETL pipelines and feature stores.
• Past experience building AI-powered or agent-based platforms.
