What you will do
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Conduct experiments such as A/B testing and backtesting to recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement solutions to reduce risk and prevent abusive behavior.
- Monitor business performance and market dynamics for optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, risk management, trading, security, and product teams.
- Build and maintain analytical tools, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Cyprus.
- Degree in Mathematical Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in data and risk analysis, quantitative research, and working with large datasets.
- Technical proficiency in Python, R, SQL, statistics, mathematical modeling, and machine learning.
- Experience in anti-fraud functions within financial sector is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
