What you will do

• Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure smooth team collaboration
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage the product backlog
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations
• Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and coordinating execution
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery speed

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Product Ownership are desirable
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale software projects for European or Public Sector clients
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, BPMN, and Business Rules Management
• Strong skills in requirements documentation and stakeholder communication
• Experience coordinating and executing user testing activities

Nice to have

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful web services, and asynchronous communication (e.g., Apache Kafka)
• Background in IT consulting, ERP consulting, manual or automation testing, or software development
