What you will do

• Lead and mentor a group of software engineers
• Design, develop, and maintain backend Java EE web applications
• Participate in technical analysis, documentation, implementation, and integration of applications
• Test and manage early life support of core software tools
• Collaborate within agile teams on large-scale transformation projects for global clients

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with JEE applications, SQL, RESTful and SOAP web services
• Proven team leading skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Patras, Greece

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience with JPA or Hibernate
• Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with NoSQL databases
